Order & Payment

Subscriptions are initiated via the online checkout powered by Stripe. Payment is collected automatically on the same day each month. VAT may be added depending on your country.

Withdrawal Right (EU Consumers)

EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of subscription. To exercise this right, contact us at support [at] carbon-badge.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Liability

METIS warrants that the service will function substantially as described. In case of interruption exceeding 24 hours in any month, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.

Applicable Law

French consumer law applies. Disputes may be referred to a mediation service (Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de Justice, www.cm2c.net).
